“Hyper-Trauma”

Please take a look at this article; https://eand.co/the-age-of-hyper-trauma-76046b31a151

For me it hit home and helped to define some feelings, concepts that I have been groping my way toward.

Violence, trauma, disassociation, etc., in increasing doses, in multiple forms, through all types of media.

We are all struggling to find ways to recognize, integrate, and cope with the violence random and precognitive, that is making up more and more of our world. How do we recognize, how do we process internally, how to we communicate with those close to us, and what, if anything, can we do in the large social, political world we inhabit? Ideas, please send.

What to change, or not

“If you can’t do anything about it, then leave it alone. Don’t be a prisoner to things you can’t change.” Tony Gaskins

Thanks Tony. How does one tell when one is in a box of one’s own creation. Or a partnership with yourself and the environment you inhabit daily. How do you get the altitude, attitude, and alignment necessary to view from enough distance to see the whole. View the process, and it’s secondary affects accurately? Do you need assistance to step up and out? Do you require and ‘hand up’?

When there, how do you go about making the critical decisions to improve your overall well being, and to take those critical necessary first steps to CHANGE!

The deeply ingrained sense of responsibility drives us to care for and about others. So challenging to know how far, when, how much and to what degree our efforts might be used in a meaningful way.
